Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed.
  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, custom-made or personalized products, and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include a copy of your purchase receipt and the RMA number in the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for items that are the wrong size, color, or if you received a defective or incorrect item.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact Customer Service to request an exchange and receive an RMA number.
  2. Send the Item Back: Return the original item according to our return process above.
  3. Receive the Replacement: Once we receive the original item, we will send the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement, exchange, or refund.
